A kettlebell workout will burn fat, increase lean muscle and improve shape, flexibility and stamina.

General Information:
  • For Adults
  • Community Center Auditorium
  • 5:30pm-6:15pm
  • $5.00 drop in fee for both days inclusive (whether a participant attends both days or just one)
  • Located at the J. Richard Martin Community Center
  • Please bring water, a mat and a towel
  • Kettle bells are provided (participants are welcome to bring their own)

Summer Break Starts after June 28th
  • Class will be on summer break starting after June 28th. Classes will resume in September!!
