A kettlebell workout will burn fat, increase lean muscle and improve shape, flexibility and stamina.
- For Adults
- Community Center Auditorium
- $5.00 drop in fee for both days inclusive (whether a participant attends both days or just one)
- Located at the J. Richard Martin Community Center
- Please bring water, a mat and a towel
- Kettle bells are provided (participants are welcome to bring their own)
Class is on Summer break strting June 29th
- Class will resume in September 2017.
