Exercise is important for all ages to keep our bodies in motion. It prevents injuries, maintains health, it lowers you from heart risks as well. Here you will find stretching, balance and chair exercises to keep you fit during this time until you can get out again to classes.

If you can not print the pages with a printer call us 282-5005. We will then workout a day and time with you to pick up your order, you will stay in your car and we will bring it out to you with our mask on. Please park closely to the handicap ramp as possible on the Clark Street side.
