Living Fit is an exercise program designed specifically for older adults led by Saco Sport & Fitness instructors. This class includes low impact cardio & strength training (bring your own weights), flexibility and balance exercises that will improve coordination and help with every day activities.$4.00 per class upstairs in the Auditorium from 8:00am to 9:00am on Mon., Wed., Fri. on going classes.
